Bookings
All lesson bookings are requests confirmed by Adrian personally. A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation via phone, text, or email. No payment is required at the time of requesting a lesson.
Cancellations
No cancellation fee applies with reasonable notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Adrian as soon as possible by phone or text on 027 473 5407. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect the availability of future bookings.
Payment
Payment is due per lesson, either by cash or online bank transfer. Prepayment of a lesson block is available by bank transfer. No refunds are issued for completed lessons.
Car hire for tests
Car hire for licence tests requires at least one prior lesson in the vehicle (for first-time clients). Car hire is available at Albany, Glenfield, Silverdale, and Orewa test centres. Car hire fees are non-refundable once the test appointment is booked, unless the test is cancelled by NZTA.
Learner responsibilities
All students must hold a valid New Zealand learner or restricted licence for the licence class being taught. It is the student's responsibility to ensure their licence is current and valid before each lesson.
Package pricing
Package pricing is unlocked after completing three paid lessons. Package rates apply to subsequent bookings and are at the discretion of Shore Drive. Package pricing cannot be applied retroactively to completed lessons.
